During
the past summer, I had the pleasure of doing business with
Mrs. Beth Zedaker of the Willis Allen Company. My favorite
aunt, who lived in the San Diego area, was placed in a nursing
home and her house had to be sold. I live in Minnesota and
accomplishing this task was quite a problem for me. I called
my neighbor, who is an agent for a prestigious firm in the
Twin Cities, and he did some research. He returned my call
to recommend the Willis Allen Company. He had already called
them and requested their “best agent” to contact
me. Within a few hours, Beth contacted me. Her promptness impressed
me first. As I spoke with her, I realized what a knowledgeable,
honest, friendly professional I was speaking with. She had
already done her homework and had a detailed plan in mind.
My aunt’s home, as with all of us, is very precious to her. Beth’s
recognition and understanding of this made me feel I was in good hands.
It is not easy to put your trust in a total stranger, to say nothing of
the practical aspects of selling property long distance. Because it was
a duplex, the problem of rental property became apparent. Beth’s
knowledge and personality was hard at work for us. She advised me accordingly
and properly in all the decision making and updated me daily. She handled
every detail to perfection, and left me only to answer my phone. She recommended
a capable, reliable person to manage the estate sale and a competent, reasonably
priced handyman to do the necessary repairs. The house was on the market
only a few days and we had eight purchase agreements. Beth devoted many
hours beyond the call of duty to assist me in making the final decision.
Her efficiency also made a closing possible in a very short time.
I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Beth. She turned a potential
nightmare into a dream. I would highly recommend Beth Zedaker of the Willis
Allen Co. to assist you with your real estate needs. You would not be disappointed.

Beth
did absolutely everything. She went out of her way to take
care of every detail. She made phone calls she didn't have
to. She delivered papers to sign, she worked after hours. When
our house sold she thought ahead, contacted our lender. She
even coordinated the extermination and helped reserve a room
for us in the meantime. I on the other hand did virtually nothing
but sign papers, most of which Beth hand delivered. I can’t
see how anyone could possibly as for anything more.

When
my husband and I decided to make a huge change in our lives,
moving from San Diego to Iowa, we wanted an agent who would
help make the sale of our home as easy and painless as possible. However,
past real estate transactions with other agents had been
nightmares, and my husband and I were apprehensive when
it came time to

us by friends who couldn't say enough nice things about her. Well,
from the moment we met her we agreed.
Beth was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient throughout

we were looking for our home, we found that Beth not only had
valuable local insight, but she was really able to translate
all of our "dream house" wishes into an actual dream
house. We had looked on our own for a while and were convinced
